Questions
Asked before hiring us
No. Most services run month to month with 30 days notice. A few tiers carry a three-month minimum because the work needs that long to show results, and each of those is labeled on its pricing card before you commit.
Yes. Every figure is a fixed USD price we honor when your scope matches the tier. We benchmarked each one against published competitor rates so you can check our math. Ad spend is always separate and paid by you directly to the platforms.
We are registered in Hong Kong and work remotely with English-speaking clients worldwide, mostly small and mid-sized businesses in services, e-commerce and B2B. Everything is delivered and reported by email, so time zones rarely matter.
We reply to every enquiry within one business day with either a proposal or the questions we need answered to write one. Once you approve and settle the first invoice, discovery starts the same week.
We only share results with the written permission of the client involved, and we will never publish invented numbers or anonymous praise. Ask us by email and we will share what we currently can, including sample deliverables with sensitive data removed.
About two hours of your time in week one for the discovery questionnaire and access review, then roughly 30 minutes a week to approve work. We handle the rest, including platform setup if you have none of it yet.
