- What you sell and to whom, one or two sentences is plenty.
- Your six-month goal, in whatever numbers you track today.
- Channels already running and roughly what they cost you.
- A budget range so we scope to reality, not to a fantasy plan.
- Your timeline, especially launches or seasonal peaks we should plan around.

Once there is a written proposal to discuss, gladly. We skip the pre-proposal sales call on purpose: our pricing is already public, so your first meeting with us is about your plan, not our pitch.
